Information handled when you visit

Public browsing does not require a DealMesh shopper account. The website and its hosting infrastructure process requests needed to deliver pages, including network information such as IP addresses, browser characteristics, request times, requested addresses and security signals. Infrastructure providers may retain server and security logs under their own operational settings. DealMesh does not promise that all access is anonymous or unlogged.

DealMesh maintains product information, operational audit records and publishing records in its database. The operator uses a separate, restricted administrator sign-in through Supabase; administrator authentication can involve email, verification codes, sessions and related security information.

If you email us, your address, message and related correspondence will be used to respond, investigate issues and maintain records when needed.

Hosting and third parties

DealMesh uses Vercel for website hosting and Supabase for database and administrator authentication functions. Retailer links may open external merchant sites directly or through affiliate partners such as eBay Partner Network, AliExpress Affiliate or Awin. Those third parties may receive referral and device/browser information and use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. DealMesh does not control their checkout, payment processing or privacy practices.

Cookies and measurement

Restricted administrator access uses authentication/session mechanisms. The public storefront uses first-party measurement of outbound shopping-link clicks to understand whether visitors use our affiliate links. When enabled, a best-effort request sends only the product’s DealMesh identifier and the website channel. Accepted events are stored with the product and affiliate-link identifiers, channel and event time. This feature does not set cookies, create visitor profiles, or store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, full referrers or merchant URLs in click-event records. Our hosting infrastructure still processes the network information needed to receive requests, as described above. Buying links continue to work if measurement is unavailable. External affiliate and retailer services apply their own tracking policies after you follow a link.

Retention and your requests

Different records are kept for different operational, security, correspondence and legal purposes. Actual storage periods depend on the record and relevant service configuration and obligations; we do not claim a single fixed period or instant deletion. We review requests for access, correction or deletion and respond in accordance with applicable law, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements.
